The purpose of the Digital & Innovation Value Partner is to develop, implement and co-create affiliate digital engagement strategy that drives an unprecedented customer experience and turns our stakeholders into our best advocates. A transformation partner who wants to shape how we digitally engage with our stakeholders and create value to the patient journey through supporting and digitally enabling PPOCs and Portfolio Teams in removing roadblocks, integrating new ways of working and implementing successful digital innovation strategies for the patients and the ecosystem.

 

 

Καθήκοντα

Responsibilities 

- Serve as the go-to-person for digital engagement strategies, roadmaps and executions of Portfolio Teams and Centers putting patients at the center of all actions

- Act as an experienced subject matter expert and empowered digital transformation architect working autonomously with the network and local enablers to identify new opportunities, answer local needs and create value by sharing back, connecting people and scaling solutions and technologies

- Act as a visionary leader able to participate in large / global cross-functional squads, co-create strategic plans within Portfolio and Excellence Teams for both new launches and established products across multiple therapeutic areas, inspire people around and drive own above-brand projects that maximize collaboration, customer value and impact (using new or emerging communication channels and exploring trends and available technologies)

- Demonstrate an enabler and growth mindset leveraging internal and external networks to support the new customer engagement model by ensuring PPOCs understand deeper every stakeholder and enabling them to communicate in the way that HCPs prefer, influence based on analytics to deliver more personalized and meaningful experiences

- Continuously act as a coach for colleagues and teams and contribute to the learning cycle by sharing knowledge with others inside and outside Roche, upskill current and new talent, develop new skills  capabilities

- Develop a data first culture to support our transformation journey, encourage data-driven decisions, evaluate historical data, manage partnerships with creative digital agencies and communicate digital insights to understand new customer behaviors or patient unmet needs

- Act as an innovative thinker and catalyst who openly searches out new approaches and a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to foster an innovation mindset and unlock the value of digital at scale

 

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

 

Basic Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field  

- Proficient in English

- At least 3 years of experience working in digital operations (preferably both pharma and non-pharma) for an award-winning digital marketing agency or large size business

- Prior experience and hands-on support in developing and executing digital campaigns - for both new launches and established products across multiple therapeutic areas and different local markets (preferably in both Oncology and non-Oncology areas)

- A proven track record in developing and implementing effective plans and big scale projects via digital media as well as handling large media accounts and budgets.

- Excellent digital marketing (email dispatch platforms, SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Paid Search, GDN, Native Advertising, mobile app development etc.), analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Visualization Tools) and web management skills (CMS, HTML, CSS, UI/UX experience for the redesign and launch of corporate and product websites)

 

Skills/ Competencies 

- Digital savvy with an expertise in building customer journeys using multiple channels and a strong technical knowledge in digital marketing (email and mobile marketing, social media, paid or native advertising, mobile app development etc.), analytics and insights (Google & Adobe Analytics, Data Visualization, Marketing Automation) and web management (Content management, HTML5, CSS, UI/UX).
- Curious in nature, deep listener, system thinker, humble to learn new skills, think with an outside-in mindset, startup mentality and entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to influence without authority, drive change, inspire others, seek and give constructive feedback, bring ideas to life, share best practices, embrace new digital ambition mindsets and zoom out for bigger vision and greater impact

- Team player and collaborator who promotes a culture of trust, openness and transparency but also passion, creativity and obsessiveness within a team

- Change management enabler to facilitate the field force digital transformation and the integration of new agile ways of working
