Purpose
To coach and empower individuals / teams across the affiliate to live the mindset & behaviors of Roche, support teams to improve their way of working, streamline processes, co-create solutions with external partners whilst leveraging the power of the network. To support the organization in becoming recognized as a trusted partner, a trendsetter in transformation that welcomes change & flourishes in unstable conditions. To bring more value faster to our customers, to our patients and to society by changing the way of our thinking and working, acting and collaborating, both externally and internally. To help and support people to improve their soft & hard skills and capabilities by working with them both on an individual as well as a team level.
Responsibilities
Coaching and consulting individuals & teams to unlearn old habits & build new capabilities in line with the vision we have as a company & as mindset & behavior (example: customer value creation, networked organization, learning organization, outcome based planning, agile, growth mindset etc)
Coaching teams on problem solving by facilitating workshops both externally (co-creating with stakeholders innovative ideas to create triple win) & internally (streamlining & automating processes with a Lean mindset & eliminating waste and creating more value)
Coaching on Agile & acting as the gatekeeper of agile practices ensuring Agile mindset, ceremonies, methods & tools are applied & continuously improved through upskilling & impact retrospectives
Coaching teams on outcome based planning ensuring teams are focusing on the correct short term outcomes to reach our mid-term outcome ambitions & ensure progress in the right direction
Exchanging best practices with other transformation excellence coaches & agile coaches and supporting the network on above affiliate level
Supporting the CTO to co-architect systems & solutions to reinforce desired behaviors including supporting internal engagement and how to become a great place to work
Coordinating digital solutions related to process optimization, collaboration tools including bringing new thinking like citizens development and automation where needed
Giving open feedback to both individuals and teams for their job approach and behaviors.
Co-develop OBP, roadmap and working packages with transformation center colleagues
Proactively propose ideas / topics / projects based on team & organizational needs
Skills/ Competencies
Must have
At least 5 years of experience in multinational environment
Bachelor degree in relevant field of studies
Coaching & feedback (proven experience in coaching and constructive feedback)
Agile & scrum (proven experience as a scrum master & facilitating agile ceremonies)
Lean / Six sigma (proven experience in running cross-functional Lean / improvement workshops)
Problem solving skills (proven experience in root cause problem solving and solving systemic issues)
Communication skills (proven experience in adapting communication, building trust & transparency)
Nice to have
Change management (experienced in architecting change, identifying key influencers, managing ambiguity & helps people to overcome challenges and roadblocks)
Inspiring and influencing (good at inspiring storytelling, helps people to see the importance of what they are doing, the importance of changing our culture from ‘me’ to ‘we’, and lead by example)
Understanding of digital solutions for process optimization (citizens development, no code solutions)
