The UAM Technical Expert is responsible for driving innovation in the UAM tool landscape on software development and for maintaining UAM repository data accurate and updated. With a focus on UAM repositories and data warehouses, this role is responsible to develop frameworks for account data collection across the entire Vodafone Greece estate. The creation of reports based on UAM data and data collection is part of the specialist role as well as direct support of the UAM compliance pillar. This includes reports for internal and external audit (SOX/GDPR) use.
The role is responsible for the integration of new technologies (cloud-based services / classic data center services) into the UAM compliance software stack and management of corresponding report action. S/he will endure Data modelling and data integrity, building the foundation to GDPR and SOX compliance.
• On-board of new services and technologies with a strong focus on UAM repositories, Federated services (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
• Ensure compliance with SOX/GDPR regarding UAM and logging policies
• Ensure data quality and completeness incl. reporting to senior staff (local market and VF-Group);
• Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of UAM data collection procedures and scripts
• 4+ years of experience in Telecommunication industry with strong technical knowledge in AD/LDAP/IDM
• Strong knowledge of Cloud/OS/DB
• Good knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM (ArcSight, QRadar, Splunk)
• In-depth Knowledge of SOX/GDPR and data center process standards
• Ability to coordinate and support international development teams
• Excellent knowledge of IT and data center process standards, ITIL, SOX, ISO 27001 / 20000 /9000
• Very good knowledge of Infrastructure and automation and solutions
• Ability to coordinate work across an international and distributed team
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work
