Dedicated technical support contact point for the VIP Corporate customers for Fixed, Cloud & ICT services.

Καθήκοντα

•    Call reception for Fixed, Cloud & ICT technical issues reported by VIP Corporate customers.
•    Proactive monitoring for Fixed, Cloud & ICT services of the VIP Corporate customers.
•    1st level technical troubleshooting on all Fixed, Cloud and ICT services of the VIP Corporate customers.
•    Periodic update of the VIP Corporate customers on the progress of the open technical issues.
•    Coordinating Security checks on Customer’s infrastructure.
•    Prepare reports and action plans in the event that a security breech does occur
•    Monitor the network and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems
•    SLA monitoring & management escalation to prevent SLA violations for the VIP Corporate customers.
•    Reporting analysis & chronic issues identification

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

•    University or College degree 
•    Excellent knowledge in xDSL technology and DSLAMs 
•    Excellent knowledge in VoIP 
•    Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)
•    Excellent knowledge in MS Office

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:

•    At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Technical Support on Fixed services
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Excellent technical skills on Fixed, Cloud & ICT services
•    Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions.
•    Proficiency with security software.
•    Customer obsessed – emphasis on quality 
•    Time management & problem analysis skills 
•    Team player 
•    High levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude
