Ogilvy seeks to recruit a CRM Manager to join one of its fastest growing units. As a CRM Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in devising, overseeing, and executing the CRM campaign strategy for some of the most distinguished brands in the Greek Market.


  • Play a strategic role in CRM management to build loyalty, increase lifetime value, and reduce churn rate by engaging customers with the most targeted, relevant, and personalized content at each stage of their lifecycle.
  • Accomplishing department objectives by managing team members.
  • Design, develop and execute data driven, omni-channel CRM strategy.
  • Identify & analyze users’ behavior patterns, build customer segmentation and personalization strategies, conduct A/B testing, design ongoing communications plans targeted to those segments.
  • Assist in the design and content development of user experiences, including design of customer journeys, promotional links, loyalty tactics, etc.
  • Track customer/business KPIs and overall performance, working with brand stakeholders to identify the performance drivers and ideate actionable next steps.
  • Manage ongoing reporting of CRM metrics and stay up to date on the latest industry trends & best practices and evaluate emerging CRM marketing technologies.
  • Provide overall guidance on CRM strategy and implementation of campaigns (Newsletter, viber/sms, push notifications); be responsible for scheduling, sending, editing & testing CRM campaigns while ensure campaign’s layout, design and overall content are optimized for best results per channel.

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a CRM role.
  • Proven track record of implementing omni-channel CRM campaigns and hyper aware of CRM trends, best practices, and technology.
  • Hands on experience working with an ESP (Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly advantageous) and familiarity with web analytics platforms.
  • Hands on experience working with Email Marketing Platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Contact Pigeon, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics, Moosend, etc.)
  • Analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI metrics
  • In-depth understanding of key customer metrics (acquisition rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.) and the ability to recognize how they impact the business.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal abilities, along with adept presentation skills.
