The Market Insights Manager for Greece and Cyprus role aims to establish and align consumer / shopper / Market insight generation strategy and resource allocation together with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) for the business unit.  Reporting the Marketing Director, this role will work on providing accurate and meaningful commercial insight analysis to senior management in the areas of Market Share reporting (e.g. Nielsen Data), Shopper Insights (PITA) and lead the development of a system scorecard for the business unit in line with agreed time lines.  The role leads the Development and cascading of Coca-Cola Hellenic's Category Vision for the business unit and provides visionary consumer, category and shopper insights in relation to how we can lead profitable category growth, Key Customers and Development of IC and Cold Drink.


  • Establish and manage Consumer, Shopper insight Capability building efforts, and Shopper insight generation ensuring we exploit and optimize data and insights to develop effective business plans
  • Provide accurate and on time Commercial Insight input to Senior Management (Market Shares, PITA, other scorecards)
  • Track country /business unit performance
  • Provide senior management with market share analysis in line with expected timelines and routines
  • Enable Visionary analytical Insight driven by capability development at local market level.
  • Ensure an insight driven commercial capability approach is in place across our commercial teams
  • Coach local leaders in data mining and use of consumer/shopper insights to create a leadership agenda
  • Ultimately Responsible for the Commercial Insights team development and growth, manages with discipline PDF processes (career planning, IDPs of own team), continually works on development of successors and sustainable bench strength, coaches and mentors cross-functionally junior commercial members,
  • Strategically contributes to the creation of Learning and Winning Marketing organization as well as responsible for the overall Marketing team employee engagement.
  • Help establish unparalleled insights to support decision making, selling and evaluation, based around a category vision for the business unit.
  • Work closely with Group Commercial Insights team to collate the best of the best insights into a Category vision
  • Drive the insights around a category vision approach
  • Help promote cross-functional, cross-System collaboration in the business unit and manage relationships with insights providers (e.g. Nielsen)
  • Work with TCCC across all divisions to provide and leverage visionary insights and cascade to countries
  • Help establish a continuous improvement culture.
  • Define and establish differentiated category Insights
  • Understand and Category insights with customer CSR and CCH’s CSR imperatives

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

  • University diploma in revelant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics)
  • University degree, ideally business related
  • Fluent English

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:

  • 5-7 years comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations.
  • Commercial Experience, Strong commercial acumen, backed by a comfort in dealing with analysis and numbers.
  • Previous experience in insights for channel or category marketing, demand planning, key account or field sales management
