We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at eShare. As a Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our content strategy, crafting engaging copy, and managing the uploading and distribution of content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, exceptional copywriting skills, and a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape.

The role is on-site at least for the first 6 months. After that period, there will be a hybrid work model option.

Καθήκοντα

Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with eShare's business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
Copywriting: Produce compelling, SEO-friendly copy for diverse channels, including website pages, blog posts, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.
Content Creation: Generate original, insightful content that addresses the pain points and challenges of our target market, positioning eShare as a thought leader in collaborative workspace management.
Content Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and maintains consistency with eShare's brand voice and style guidelines.
Content Uploading and Distribution: Oversee the uploading, scheduling, and distribution of content across our website, blog, email marketing platform, social media channels, and other relevant platforms.
Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Utilize insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely delivery of content that supports eShare's marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer success, to align content efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:

3-5 years of experience in content management, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of producing high-quality content that drives engagement, leads, and conversions.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and experience with content publishing and distribution tools.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
