As Facilities Management Specialist, you will be part of Property’s Facilities Management Team and will ensure proper Facility Management for Operations and Expansions, under the lenses of Electrical Engineer, at Vodafone premises across Greece.
Your role will ensure the supervision of electrical and mechanical maintenance of equipment in Data Centers and offices, as well as project management of infrastructure upgrades and renovation projects.
Key Accountabilities:
• Quality management of the operation , maintenance, and repairs in electrical and mechanical systems, (Low Voltage/Medium Voltage substations, Emergency Generators, UPS, HVAC, Lighting, BMS, CCTV, Fire Systems, Security systems, etc), primarily within Data Centers according to Vodafone, EU, and national standards, while maintaining 100% uptime to all critical power systems.
• Resolution/Crisis Management of failures in critical mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Project Management of renovation works in electrical and mechanical equipment at offices.
• Management of vendors , engagements with stakeholders and liaise with Operations teams and IT teams, to ensure that all new installations projects progress smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.
• Energy and Environmental management and reporting for all Vodafone premises.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health and Safety, environmental policies, and procedures to promote safe working environment
• Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master) in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience as Electrical Engineering in Data Centers or Industrial Facilities Management. Prior experience in Telecom industry will be an asset.
