We offer a wide range of services, providing a mix of consulting and assurance assistance to clients, including but not limited to: IFRS 17 Implementation Reserving Risk pricing & pricing optimization Financial and actuarial transformation Technology change including analytics and automation Actuarial models development Solvency II Regulatory reporting Reinsurance & capital management Financial reporting Internal model approval support Internal model validation Enterprise Risk Management Operational Excellence   Our business model ensures that: our competencies extend beyond other actuarial consultancies; we leverage the synergies of being part of broader European and global actuarial teams and collaborating in numerous international engagements; we enjoy the advantages of being part of "Big 4 firm" multi-service-line offerings; and we combine consulting, audit and audit-related projects with a global client reach.   Your key responsibilities: Participate in the technical delivery and reporting for a wide range of projects, taking ownership of at least one major workstream; Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of Actuarial knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients; Participate in the overall and day-to-day technical and business aspects of client projects to ensure the quality of engagement work products, solutions, and deliverables for clients; Work in multi-disciplinary teams, valuing and interpreting other subject matter expertise to provide innovate solutions for our clients; Develop and implement initiatives to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and address issues for clients; Contribute to the attainment of group and individual goals by sharing knowledge, identifying business opportunities and productivity and facilitating teamwork; Develop people through effectively coaching and mentoring more junior staff; and Keeping up to date with industry news and trends, and actively identifying risks or opportunities to improve our services. To qualify for the role you must have:  At least 2 year of experience as an actuary in the insurance sector gained from working either in an insurer or at an actuarial consultancy firm; Proven math and analytical skills, as normally acquired through the pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or any other quantitative degree; A consulting mind-set, comfortable navigating through periods of ambiguity and change, and can effectively manage competing priorities; A committed approach to continuous professional development is required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentation.  Ideally, you’ll also have:  You will be a qualified or partially qualified actuary and have a degree-level qualification; Experience in pricing techniques will be positively evaluated; Experience in reserving under Solvency II and current accounting standard; IFRS 17 knowledge will be considered an asset; Strong skills in large database, statistical packages for data manipulation and in development of predictive and prescriptive models (i.e. R, Python, SAS, SQL etc.); Experience in Data Visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau) for integration between different data sources, design and implementation of KPIs and generation of visualizations that will facilitate extraction of business insights; Ability to share knowledge and motivate team as well as initiative to stay abreast of current trends and development; Experience in sustainability matters and good understanding of the ESG developments, particularly for insurers.
