Being part of our Enterprise Risk team, you will be given the opportunity to work on a creative environment, build strong relationships with external clients and internal peers in Greece and abroad. You will acquire knowledge and experience across a wide range of domains and industry sectors, including Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Process Design and Process Optimization/Transformation and Compliance.     Skills and attributes for success   Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with teams and client members at all hierarchical levels. Delegating, supervising and supporting the development of team members. Team working and communication skills. Contribute as an effective team member and, under supervision, take accountability for deliverables. Possess in depth business acumen and demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Critical thinking with very good attention to detail. Multi-tasking and ability to adapt to new clients and engagements. Undertake drafting of proposals to be submitted to the prospect clients following their request for our services. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.     To qualify for the role you must have     Excellent academic background, including at a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology or other related field. At least 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment in one or more of the following fields: Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Process Design and Process Optimization/Transformation and Compliance. Proficiency with MS Office. Other relevant IT skills (Python, SQL, etc.) will be considered an asset.     Ideally, you will also have   A Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology or other related field. Specific sector experience in processes and the key risks associated with these in one of the following sectors: Energy, Utilities, Shipping, Banking, Manufacturing. Professional certifications such as: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), COSO Internal Controls, COSO ERM, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Prince2 Professional or PMP certified will be considered an asset. Strong written, verbal communications skills and presentation skills in English. (Fluent English is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated). Ability to work under tight timelines. Demonstration of integrity, values, principles, and work ethic. Ability/flexibility to travel on overseas assignment as the need arises.
