The Asset Engineer will be part of the Asset Management Engineering Team and will contribute to the project management of renovation / configuration works in our Malls. Our new colleague in this position, will put his/her efforts on projects delivery requirements including: budget, schedule, quality, health & safety and will act as the main SAP user of Asset Operations Department managing contracts/invoices entries and reporting requirements
The Asset Engineer will be reporting to the Director of Asset Operations - Asset Management.
Καθήκοντα
Indicatively, the Asset Engineer, will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Organize, plan and supervise of construction and renovation projects
- Record the renovation needs of building facilities and infrastructure of Shopping Centers
- Compile tender documents, define technical specifications, collect and evaluate tenders
- Participate in the design and implementation of the annual plan regarding repairs, upgrades of the facilities of the Shopping Centers
- Safeguard the compliance with health and safety conditions at sites
- Support the Center Management teams in matters related to Malls’ construction works
- Document and report any specific contractor or subcontractor issues that may have a negative impact on current or future projects
- Act as the main SAP user of Asset Operations Department for managing contracts/invoices entries and reporting requirements
- Prepare and issue of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Progress, as well as ad-hoc Reports
Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, member of Greek Chamber of Engineering
- Mastery in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency level in English, any other language will be a plus

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:
Professional Experience & Job Specific Skills:
- 7 years of minimum relative working experience in Mechanical or Civil Engineering positions, preferably in Buildings/Stores Engineering
- Appropriate certifications and industry affiliations relevant to education and experience
- Experience as SAP user, will be considered as an asset
