FOURLIS Group, one of the leading Groups of companies in Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania and Turkey in providing quality consumer goods, is currently looking to recruit a Group Investor Relations Manager, based in Marousi, Attiki.

The Position

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors and all stakeholders, as well as creating the appropriate strategy, framework and tactics, for providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap.

Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, Treasury, IR & Risk Management, the Investor Relations Manager will be responsible and accountable for:

Developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
Organizing IR meetings with institutional investors (buy side – sell side)
Actively participating in the preparation of quarterly presentations in business results of the Group (Financial and Non-Financial Reporting included)
Preparing the ES reporting and after receiving the Governance part, preparing the entire non-financial report
Drafting quarterly results' press releases, official announcements and texts for the annual report
Keeping updated and implementing necessary actions for compliance within the regulatory framework of capital markets
Following international capital markets developments, institutional investors' trends and positioning and providing input for FOURLIS IR strategy
Creating presentations for investors and management, related to FOURLIS business model, financial results, equity markets
Managing the content of Group Investor Relations website
Providing feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
MSc in Finance or MBA will be considered as an asset

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:

5-10 years of working experience in Equity Capital Markets, preferably within an organized Investor Relations team, an institutional fund management organization or a stock brokerage firm
Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
Good understanding of compliance regulations
Digital skills and experience in different platforms (technological savviness)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced analytical skills & presentation skills, ease with data analysis
Business sense / Retail understanding
Possibility to travel (if needed)
