Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Talent Recruitment Specialist to plan, develop and implement effective recruiting strategy for our organization, focusing on long-term human resources planning and finding appropriate candidates. You will be an active partner of all internal business leaders, building together and expanding the capabilities of our team, contributing to our future plans.
-Develop recruiting strategies for a wide variety of teams - from Account Management (Advertising, Public Relations, etc.) to Creative, Brand Strategy, and other Operational Departments
-Build the company's professional network and develop long-lasting professional relationships through attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events
-Liaise with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs, develop job descriptions and specifications and gain a thorough understanding of their short and long term needs in order to fine tune the recruitment strategies
-Research the best job advertising techniques and implement new methods of finding staff
-Identify proper interviewing methods, conduct interviews with job applicants and create a shortlist of suitable candidates
-Proactively take on projects or special tasks to further develop our recruiting strategy (e.g. implementation of an interview toolkit, planning of social media activities etc.)
-Communicate with the EMEA People Team for relevant processes and tasks

-3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the communications and advertising industry
