The Business Analyst will be placed in the Digital Networks Division of Alpha Bank, which is responsible for the design, development, operation, promotion and support of the use of the Bank’s services which are available through its digital channels (i.e. Mobile Banking, Web Banking).
The jobholder will support the design, development and implementation of supreme mobile- and web-banking solutions that deliver value to individual and business Customers. Acting as a liaison among business, IT delivery teams and the Customers, the ideal candidate will aim to ensure the excellent execution of mobile/web projects, in alignment with the digital channels roadmap of Alpha Bank.
Success criteria include channel Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer uptake of new service functionalities.
