Ogilvy seeks to recruit a CRM Specialist to join one of its fastest growing units. The candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and deploying the CRM campaign strategy, for some of the greatest brands in the Greek Market.
-Design, plan and execute acquisition and sales campaigns via digital media (Google Ads - Search, Display YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, DV360, Linkedin, etc.).
-Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign including interpretation, commentary and recommendations.
-Testing, Data analysis and ROI Optimization are part of your daily routine, therefore you must be expert in Web Analytics and Excel.
-Reporting to clients on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis based on client needs and business objectives.
-Design, plan and execute the SEO strategy using specific SEO tools, analysis and practices to achieve specific goals in organic results.
-Collaborate closely with other business units and partners.
-Coordinate with accounting dept. about billing and invoicing issues relevant to digital media campaigns.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends & best practices and evaluate emerging performance marketing technologies.

-2+ years of experience in a CRM role.
-Proven track record of implementing omni-channel CRM campaigns and hyper aware of CRM trends, best practices, and technology.
-Hands on experience working with an ESP (certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred) and a web analytics provider.
-Hands on experience working with Email Marketing Platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Contact Pigeon, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics, Moosend, etc.).
-Analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI metrics.
-In-depth understanding of key customer metrics (acquisition rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.) and the ability to recognize how they impact the business.
-Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-Strong oral, written, communication, and presentations skills.
