The role

We are looking for a Performance Innovation Manager to work closely with our teams and drive the performance of our innovative products in order to optimize the campaigns towards revenue and success. The role will report directly to the Performance Innovation Strategy Director. As a Performance Innovation Manager, you will define the strategy of each campaign, deep dive into data and come up with conclusions and propositions. You will have the overview of the campaigns, you should break down complex problems into steps and lead the acquisitions process taking into consideration quality and high level of user experience and engagement. Your work will ultimately allow Upstream to positively impact millions of consumers around the world.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define the strategy of the campaigns and lead the acquisitions process towards campaign efficiency.
  • Overview of multi-channel campaigns and acquisitions process.
  • Optimization of channels, engagement, and monetization KPIs.
  • Ongoing optimization via segmentation and user experience.
  • Create reporting for new channels & flows.
  • Provide reports and analysis with conclusions and propositions.
  • Keep detailed documentation, create case studies and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Operational and Commercial teams and provide briefing and feedback to achieve goals and explore potential opportunities.
  • Brainstorm with the Product Innovation team for new product features.
  • Provide feedback and specs on Upstream's platform to optimizing performance and operational effort.
  • Work with the wider internal Innovation team towards achieving annual revenue and innovation targets.

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

  • 4+ years of working experience in a similar role (Performance Marketing, E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms.
  • Up-to-date with new technologies and current trends.
