The role
We are looking for a Performance Innovation Manager to work closely with our teams and drive the performance of our innovative products in order to optimize the campaigns towards revenue and success. The role will report directly to the Performance Innovation Strategy Director. As a Performance Innovation Manager, you will define the strategy of each campaign, deep dive into data and come up with conclusions and propositions. You will have the overview of the campaigns, you should break down complex problems into steps and lead the acquisitions process taking into consideration quality and high level of user experience and engagement. Your work will ultimately allow Upstream to positively impact millions of consumers around the world.
