As a Data Scientist, you’ll be at the forefront of leveraging data to solve complex problems and drive strategic decisions, shaping the future of data-driven solutions. You’ll design and optimize machine learning models, extract insights from large datasets, and communicate actionable findings to stakeholders. Your expertise will encompass a variety of techniques, from regression and clustering to neural networks and NLP, ensuring impactful results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business analysts, you’ll translate business needs into technical solutions and guide projects from exploration to deployment.

• Designing and optimizing machine learning models to address complex problems.
• Extracting insights from large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
• Communicating actionable findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
• Applying a variety of techniques, including regression, clustering, neural networks, and NLP.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business analysts, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guiding projects through all stages, from exploration to deployment.
• Ensuring impactful results and continuous improvement of models and processes.

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

Graduate or/and post-graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:

3+ years of relevant experience in machine learning, algorithm development, big data platforms and technology.
Good Understanding of predictive and machine learning techniques like logistic regression, random forest, Gradient Boosting Machines (GBM), Neural Networks etc.
Strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to dive deep and work on difficult and ambiguous problems with unknown outcomes.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch),
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
