Reporting to the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director, Greece & Cyprus, the role is responsible for identifying and engaging with key stakeholder groups across industries, government, business bodies and communities, on public policy and regulatory issues relevant to our business, Food & Bev industry sector and category, while developing a comprehensive strategy to enhance our sustainability agenda and increase the reach and impact of our initiatives and programs.


  • Monitor and assess political, legislative and regulatory developments to anticipate changes or trends that could create commercial risk and competitive advantage, holding end to end responsibility for stakeholders mapping along with the development of the engagement strategy on policy & regulatory issues
  • Have a thorough understanding of the political and legislative process (incl. mechanisms through which laws/regulations are designed, debated and introduced) to identify the specific timing and channels through which CCH can present its views and provide targeted and practical solutions
  • Lead the design & deployment of an integrated, business grounded Public Affairs strategy, focusing on sustainability and behind key strategic initiatives
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date stakeholder network with key political and regulatory stakeholders but also influential groups and organizations that can be mobilized for targeted and proactive engagement
  • Act as company representative and participate in public policy dialog in industry bodies or in special task force teams on important issues, while leading the company response and positions in proposed legislative or regulatory changes

Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση

  • University Degree, preferably in Business, Communication & Mass Media or any other related discipline
  • Post-graduate Degree in a related discipline or an MBA (desirable)

Απαιτούμενη Εμπειρεία:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role with an international company or in government is highly desirable. Experience in a consultancy role in government relations or Public Affairs is an asset
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • PC literacy
