Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
Collect, enter, and update data in HRM System (Pylon)
Maintain digital and hard copy records of employees
Assist in the onboarding of new hires with regular contact on registration arrival and other related issues
Liaise with HR Generalist and rest of HR team in providing HR Employee Services
Communicate on a regular basis with General Managers regarding employees’ registration and dismissal information or any other report of employee related data
Proceed with employees’ registration procedures
Assist and provide the personnel with contract details and proceed with submissions in Ergani system
Assist all the employees in any issue that occurs during the operating season (requests, complaints, work accidents, sick and maternity leaves etc.)
Manage termination paperwork and procedures (dismissal certificates, exit lists etc.) and proceed with submissions in Ergani system
Support HR Projects and Initiatives
Communicate regularly with the state and public authorities regarding employee matters
Monitor the program of Labor Doctor visits
Update and upload all weekly work schedules. Manage daily shift changes and update Ergani accordingly
Provide any related metrics on a regular basis to the HR Operations Director and to the resort GM
Contribute to all HR day to day operational needs
Εμπειρία και Εκπαίδευση
Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Business Administration, Accounting etc.)
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.)
Fluency in English
